Calendar of events for the Pikes Peak "N"Gineers 2006
July
July 1: Work session on the MTL at the storage unit. Bring battery-powered tools. Time is 10 am to 4 pm weather permitting.
July 10: Board Meeting – Howard’s Pit Barbeque – dinner at 6:30 p.m. – meeting at 7:30 p.m.
July 21: Business Meeting – 7:30 p.m. in the dining room on the fifth floor of St Francis Hospital
July 22: Ride the Pikes Peak Cog Railway at 8 am. For those of you that are going need to be at the depot at 7:15 am.
August
August 9th – 13th: The National “N” scale convention in Denver.
August 14: Board Meeting – Howard’s Pit Barbeque – dinner at 6:30 p.m. – meeting at 7:30 p.m.
August 18: Business Meeting – 7:30 p.m. in the dining room on the fifth floor of St Francis Hospital
August 20: Combined club picnic in Palmer Lake
August 26: Driving tour with the Peck’s. One day trip to Como, CO and other areas of the DSP&P RR that can still be seen.

September 15: Business Meeting – 7:30 p.m. in the dining room on the fifth floor of St Francis Hospital

October 6, 7, & 8: Rock Island Festival
October 9: Board Meeting – Howard’s Pit Barbeque – dinner at 6:30 p.m. – meeting at 7:30 p.m.
October 14: Club Anniversary Party will be held at the Peck’s.
October 20: Business Meeting – 7:30 p.m. in the dining room on the fifth floor of St Francis Hospital
Other events waiting for dates or conformation
Joe has volunteered to have everyone over to run trains in September. Date will be posted when Joe gets a chance to set it.
Swap Meet
The club plans to have a swap meet in November. We are in the process of finding a location to have the event.
